About the Role

Join our team as a Retail Change Customer Advisor and become an expert advisor, inspiration, and guide to customers. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects, manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great. You will also assist in updating store ranges, safely changing layouts, and highlighting new products. Opportunities for training in paint-mixing and timber cutting are available, with a primary focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Act as an expert advisor, inspiration, and guide to customers.
Get to know every customer and their home improvement projects.
Manage stock.
Set up displays.
Ensure the store looks great.
Assist in updating store ranges.
Safely change store layouts.
Highlight new and exciting products.
Receive training in paint-mixing and cutting timber.
Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
