About the Role
Crown Sydney offers two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, a tennis court, and a yoga terrace. The Recreation Attendant ensures the smooth operations of the food & beverage service for guests and residents, providing them with ultimate pool-side experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas
- Supporting guest and resident experience across all recreation areas
- Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areas
- Offering towels, sunscreen, and other amenities to guests as required
- Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities, services, and offerings across the property
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-presented environment for guests and other team members
Requirements
- Experience in a hosting or F&B service related or guest-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- A current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
- A level of comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attentiveness and ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests
- Availability to work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm
- Commitment to a 6-month contract
