About the Role

As the Senior Regional Partner Marketing Manager, you will be an Ecosystem Growth Architect, treating co-marketing as an economic multiplier. Your mission is to laser-target premium MSSPs, security VARs, and GSIs across priority regional territories, showing them how to become a high-margin services business using Fastly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental, high-intent pipeline coverage across targeted EMEA market segments to directly address regional pipeline deficits, working closely with both Channel Account Managers and Territory Sales.
  • Act as the regional demand-generation subject matter expert, architecting and launching end-to-end partner marketing campaigns that activate the ecosystem co-marketing flywheel.
  • Demonstrate to partners how Fastly can serve as the engine for their own high-margin services business through GTM value proposition and high-impact joint marketing engagements.
  • Adapt global marketing initiatives for the unique nuances of the EMEA market, while also originating net-new regional programs with the blueprint to scale globally.
  • Bring a proactive, builder-marketer mindset to this foundational role, with the autonomy to shape our EMEA partner marketing framework and adapt strategies as our regional footprint grows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated specifically to channel, distributor, or partner ecosystem marketing within the SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cyber-security sectors.
  • Proven experience collaborating with specialized two-tier distribution frameworks or premier security VARs and GSIs across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing co-marketing frameworks that drive measurable enterprise pipeline growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in London with a track record of successfully working across global, distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in independently and proactively running multiple projects in a dynamic environment using superior project management skills.
  • Knowledge of specific regional considerations in EMEA, including knowledge about sub-regional differences and nuances, and can supply strategic input across both global and regional teams.
  • A fully completed application and resume or CV are required when applying.
