About the Role

This role focuses on supporting the execution of pricing and cost/logistics efficiency initiatives to improve the effectiveness of delivery operations in the German market. You will conduct data-driven analysis, quantify optimization opportunities, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial deal analysis and develop recommendations by assessing cost/efficiency metrics and pricing performance.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements in key processes, including payment cycle optimization.
• Support the implementation of city-level courier pricing changes under the German operations model.
• Produce analyses and insights to support pricing and efficiency initiatives led by senior team members.
• Execute recurring and ad hoc analyses to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and track impact.
• Support operational experiments, including data preparation, analysis, and documentation of results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (operations, analytics, consulting, strategy, or similar).
• Strong spreadsheet and SQL skills, with experience working on large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights that support business decisions.
• Hands-on mindset with interest in operational execution and continuous improvement.
• Passion for efficiency and process optimization.
• Maintain a strong interest in and comprehensive knowledge of all market dynamics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
