About the Role

Build your career at the intersection of investing, product innovation, and client solutions in one of asset management’s fastest-growing segments. You’ll help bring new UCITS ETF capabilities to market and support the evolution of an established platform with global reach. Working with partners across investments, capital markets, and distribution, you’ll turn insights into actions that drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of UCITS ETFs across asset classes and investment strategies
  • Contribute to UCITS ETF product strategy by identifying growth opportunities and proposing actions to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Research ETF market trends, competitor developments, client demand, and broader asset management dynamics
  • Evaluate new product opportunities through market sizing, commercial assessment, and business case development
  • Analyze datasets and investment concepts to produce recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders and product governance forums
  • Partner with investment teams, capital markets, distribution, and functional partners to identify product enhancements and innovation opportunities
  • Coordinate product development initiatives from concept through launch with legal, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor commercial performance metrics including assets under management, flows, market share, and competitive positioning
  • Maintain working knowledge of ETF regulation, market structure, product innovation, and emerging industry trends

Requirements

  • Experience in asset management, ETFs, product management, product development, investment strategy, research, or a related field
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and the asset management industry
  • Experience performing market research, competitive analysis, and business case development
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Ability to build clear, structured presentations and communicate complex topics to varied stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and executive-ready materials
  • Experience using Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, or similar analytical platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and seniority levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work in a fast-paced environment
  • High standards of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
  • Direct experience with ETFs and ETF product lifecycle activities
  • Knowledge of the UCITS ETF ecosystem, including active, passive, and synthetic ETF structures
  • Familiarity with European ETF regulation, market structure, and competitive dynamics
