About the Role

Join the Customer Delivery Team as a career changer and vehicle coordinator/clerical employee (m/f/d). You will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring the quality of the vehicle fleet, and the delivery of premium vehicles within the Autohero Retail Department. Autohero is an innovative online shop for certified used cars and part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for the automotive trade.

Responsibilities

Act as a host, managing customer service and ensuring a flawless service process.
Conduct vehicle handovers using the digital handover protocol.
Prepare vehicles for detailing and ensure a smooth workflow.
Perform quality checks on customer vehicles to support vehicle appraisers.
Handle general administrative tasks and serve as a point of contact for other departments at the location.

Requirements

Ideally, initial experience as a fleet employee; career changers from gastronomy, hotel, and retail are welcome.
Initial professional experience in sales, purchasing, and/or service in the automotive sector is a plus.
Coordinated, structured, and independent work style.
Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor.
Resilience, initiative, and strong team player qualities.
Fluent German language skills.
Initial experience with Google Sheets, Word, and Excel.
A valid Class B driver's license.
