About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Project Director with extensive experience overseeing significant health sector projects to join our Project Management team in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large scale health projects as the key client interface
- Develop working relationships, problem solve and drive projects to successful completion
- Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
- Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems
- Manage project safety and environmental requirements
- Manage project timelines, risks and reporting
- Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
- Direct line management team responsibility
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years industry experience working on major health projects
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential
- Primavera skills will be highly regarded
- Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
