About the Role
Platypus Shoes is seeking passionate and experienced retail superstars within Western Sydney. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture, a passion for customer service, and a 'Make it Happen' attitude. Responsibilities
- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage
- Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs
- Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently
- Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation
- Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
- Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- Flexible availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
