About the Role

This role is a key partner to the Technology business, supporting the management of our technology portfolio, vendor relationships, software assets, contracts, and commercial activities. The successful candidate will help drive vendor governance, manage software renewals, support contract and sourcing activities, provide commercial insights and reporting, and ensure strong governance across technology investments.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end commercial activities for technology vendors, contracts, renewals and sourcing initiatives.
Coordinate software renewals, licensing reviews and asset-related commercial inputs to improve visibility, compliance and value for money.
Maintain portfolio reporting, insights and governance artefacts that support informed decision-making.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to progress commercial matters, resolve issues and keep priorities moving.
Contribute to stronger technology governance by supporting processes, documentation, risk management and continuous improvement activities.
Support technology delivery projects with commercial analysis, contract inputs and supplier engagement.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience negotiating Technology agreements, vendor management, software licensing, commercial analysis, portfolio reporting or technology governance.
Strong communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence.
Ability to multitask and prioritise projects in a demanding environment.
A pragmatic thinker, sound judgement with strong problem solving skills.
