About the Role
This role supports clinical project management activities, ensuring efficient project execution and communication within the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Responsibilities
- Create, track, and report on project timelines.
- Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
- Assist with budget allocation and invoice approval.
- Serve as primary backup project contact with Sponsor and internal project team to ensure communication and adherence to reporting schedules.
- Identify out-of-scope project work and escalate findings and action plans.
- Coordinate data gathering for new work proposals.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate with other project support staff to identify and consolidate support processes.
- Undertake clinical project management activities as directed.
- Train and coordinate the work of more junior project support staff.
