About the Role
Embedded in the Taste content team, this Video Producer will be the driving force behind our long-form YouTube strategy. You’ll work closely with editors, chefs, and creators to concept, shoot, and edit high-impact, narrative-driven food content. Beyond long-form YouTube releases, you will also craft optimized social edits to drive reach and engagement across all Taste digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality long-form video packages, recipe series, and talent-led vodcasts designed specifically for YouTube growth.
- Manage multi-camera setups, lighting, and audio recording.
- Deliver polished long-form cuts alongside snappy, high-performing short-form social edits to amplify reach.
- Upload and optimize videos via YouTube Studio and internal CMS platforms, applying best practices for thumbnails, titles, metadata, and social posting.
- Translate food, cooking trends, and creator talent into visually stunning, highly engaging video narratives that elevate the Taste brand.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong hands-on experience with camera operation, studio/kitchen lighting, audio capture, and multi-cam vodcast switching.
- Deep understanding of YouTube mechanics, packaging, pacing, and thumbnail/title strategy, alongside broader social media video trends.
- Proven ability to craft engaging, talent-led narratives in a long-form video format.
- Prior experience working with Content Management Systems and video publishing workflows.
