About the Role
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates with the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, and effective communication. Responsibilities
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
- Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.
