About the Role

In this role, you will help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health’s personalised meal service guidelines. You will also lend a hand with daily life, assist residents requiring additional support, help residents enjoy meaningful activities, be a supportive friend, and ensure resident privacy and dignity are respected.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health’s personalised meal service guidelines.
• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and well-fed.
• Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and care.
• Help our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
• Be a supportive friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

Requirements

• Must have a Cert lll or IV in Aged Care.
• All shortlisted applicants will need to pass the required background checks.
• During the influenza season, all staff are required to provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
