About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level digital designer with a broad skill set to support the company’s B2B and B2C marketing initiatives through creative and conceptual work.

Responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and develop innovative marketing concepts and initiatives.
• Utilize emerging technology platforms, particularly AI, to enhance creativity and project value.
• Design and produce engaging digital content, including email templates, branding kits, social media communications, campaign deliverables, and presentation decks.
• Maintain design and content consistency across all company platforms.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
• Advise on the creative direction and aesthetic of campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
• Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years’ experience in a professional digital design role.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity, experience, and impact, including social media engagement.
• Strong experience with AI prompting for image, video, sound, and voice-over generation.
• Proficiency with AI-generation platforms such as Magnific and Higgsfield.
• Familiarity with AI models and tools like Google Nano Banana, Kling, and Seedance for video generation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas and campaign concepts.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
