Responsibilities

  • Support a range of strategic initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance market engagement and showcase Computershare's expertise across the financial services sector.
  • Coordinate and deliver client events, webinars and conferences.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external market participants.
  • Identify opportunities.
  • Support client engagement activities.
  • Conduct market and company research.
  • Contribute to initiatives that create value for clients and the broader business.
  • Analyze event outcomes and prepare meaningful reports with recommendations for future improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting the planning and delivery of online, hybrid and in-person events.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets, corporate governance, investor relations or the broader financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Confidence building relationships and communicating effectively with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong research and critical-thinking capabilities, with the ability to gather information, identify insights and contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Excellent attention to detail when preparing briefing materials, conducting market research and maintaining data within CRM systems and databases.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for identifying solutions that create value for clients and key financial market stakeholders.
