About the Role
The Marketing function in AMP Australia is critical in understanding our customers, their needs, and aspirations. This function is responsible for developing compelling solutions, offers and experiences for our customers. In this role, you will partner with the Integrated Marketing Lead to plan and deliver integrated marketing strategies for the Super employer channel, driving retirement growth through data-led campaigns, strong stakeholder alignment and seamless execution.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the annual marketing plan for Super (employer channel), aligned to business and group objectives
- Support the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive retirement product growth
- Work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Customer Solutions and Marketing to bring strategies to life
- Translate customer insights and data into targeted, effective marketing activity
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and compliant
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure aligned and cohesive marketing activity
- Track, analyse and optimise performance, using insights to continuously improve outcomes
- Contribute to a culture of test, learn and innovate across marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years in marketing or communications
- Experience working in Financial Services is essential, ideally Superannuation
- Enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on campaign execution
- Have delivered end to end integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Can manage complex projects and technical content
- Thrive in commercial, outcomes-focused environments
- Adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease
- Bring commitment, grit and growth mindset
- Expected to jump in and deliver across a variety of areas
