About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you will be at the heart of preparing orders for customers in a state-of-the-art facility in Erith. We offer a variety of areas and shift options, with work patterns planned 6-13 weeks in advance to help you balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Receiving goods from suppliers and putting them into totes for robots and pickers (Inbound).
- Loading individual totes into frames for delivery vans and sorting/organizing returned totes (Despatch).
- Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes, handling goods with care (Pick).
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- No previous experience is required.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic rate: £12.46 per hour
- Night shift premium: plus £2.67 per hour
- Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
