About the Role

As a Mechanic Trainer (m/f/d) with a focus on mechanics, you will join the Production Centers team and actively participate in the preparation of premium vehicles for our Autohero Production Department. Our platform enables customers to conveniently, safely, and transparently purchase high-quality used cars online.

Responsibilities

Development of practice-oriented training materials for automotive mechanics, apprentices, and technicians.
Planning and execution of workshop training using modern teaching methods and didactic tools.
Conception and instruction of practical exercises on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and safety-relevant vehicle systems.
Teaching advanced diagnostic procedures and training in troubleshooting complex technical problems.
Performance evaluation of trainees through theoretical tests, practical exams, and individual feedback.
Instruction on applicable safety regulations for workshop operations and the safe and proper handling of tools and technical equipment.

Requirements

More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and body assembly in large companies.
Good skills in handling work equipment, including diagnostic and measuring instruments.
Precision and critical analysis of one's own work.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent coaching/communication skills.
