About the Role

As a Student Wellbeing Support Officer, you will play a meaningful role in supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people within a school environment. You will deliver one-on-one support, facilitate small group wellbeing programs, and help create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and engage positively in their learning. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference while working alongside schools, families, and community stakeholders to support positive outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years' experience working with children and/or young people.
Experience working within a school environment.
All staff are required to work within our code of conduct and undergo relevant pre-employment checks.
