About the Role
Digital NSW has a three-month opportunity to lead the design and delivery of training and change communications for the launch of a refreshed Digital Assurance platform. A mix of presentations, guides, communications and training activities will support 900 users across the NSW Government to access and use the new platform within a tight 2-3 week period. As Senior Advisor Change Working, you will work collaboratively with the project delivery team and key stakeholders and use existing change impact analysis to develop targeted learning solutions and implement training approaches that improve engagement, accessibility and learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of training and change communications for the launch of a refreshed Digital Assurance platform.
- Develop targeted learning solutions and implement training approaches that improve engagement, accessibility and learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement change management, communication and training plans tailored to different customer groups.
- Design, coordinate and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop innovative learning solutions using contemporary training methods and technologies.
- Develop and deliver a communication change strategy for staff, leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive organisational change readiness and support team members to embed new ways of working, processes and capability uplift.
- Coordinate consultation and engagement activities across operational, project and corporate stakeholder groups.
- Design and development of a range of learning and support resources, including eLearning modules, webinar content, user guides, training materials, onboarding resources and educational guidance materials.
- Development and delivery of webinars, presentations and other virtual learning activities.
- Write clear, structured, and engaging learning materials ensuring alignment with learning objectives and audience needs.
Requirements

- Experience developing innovative learning solutions using contemporary training methods and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a communication change strategy for staff, leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in driving organisational change readiness and support team members to embed new ways of working, processes and capability uplift arising from new systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate consultation and engagement activities across operational, project and corporate stakeholder groups to support change readiness, adoption and successful implementation of new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts or technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering practical change management activities across projects and organisational initiatives.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and capability uplift strategies for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Recent experience working on a system implementation project with multiple interdependencies.
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and management of training and capability uplift programs.
- High level of written communication, oral communication and influencing skills including the ability to consult with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels and deliver presentations and training.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured, and engaging learning materials ensuring alignment with learning objectives and audience needs.
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.

- $133,348 - $146,945 base salary per annum + superannuation and annual leave loading
