About the Role
Support Foster Care Case Work teams by delivering high-quality administrative, compliance, and quality assurance support. Ensure accurate record keeping, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement to maintain excellence in foster care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams
- Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes
- Maintain accurate client data and track case movements
- Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation
- Liaise with government, carers, and stakeholders as required
Requirements
- Knowledge of foster care standards and state regulations
- Strong admin, organisation, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with compliance and quality systems
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
