About the Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator leads and drives the organization's patient experience transformation agenda by implementing strategies, governance frameworks, and improvement initiatives that embed patient-centered care. The role analyzes patient feedback, complaints, and experience data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, develops reporting and performance measures, and leads projects that enhance patient outcomes and service quality. You will also provide expert change management support, engage and influence executives, clinicians, consumers, and other stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence. As a people leader, the position promotes a positive, patient-centered culture aligned with the organization's mission and values while supporting teams to deliver measurable improvements in patient experience and organizational performance.

Responsibilities
