About the Role

We at NESPRESSO bring motivated people together with exciting products. We are like our coffee: full of nuances that complement each other and unfold into a great whole. To make the boutique visit an incomparable coffee experience for our customers every day, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours/week) in Berlin KaDeWe.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to order deadlines
• Correction bookings
• Weekly goods receipt on delivery days
• Logging of delivery quality/completion of the quality checklist for goods delivery
• Checking goods for completeness and proper condition, including photo report
• Written reporting of discrepancies and complaints
• Correct stocking of goods in designated storage and sales areas
• Ensuring flawless warehousing according to TQM Guidelines
• Support in the preparation and execution of weekly and monthly inventory
• Support and clarification of inventory discrepancies
• Regular checking of stock levels (overstock/out of stock)
• Replenishing accessory tables and shelves in the boutique, replenishing coffee walls
• Pressing and disposing of cardboard

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics
• Solid knowledge of FIFO and FEFO warehousing procedures
• High physical resilience
• Very good knowledge of the German language
• Good English language skills
• Planning reliability
• MS Office knowledge
• Organizational talent

Salary/Compensations

• Minimum 32,000 Euro gross per year (based on full-time employment)
