About the Role
We at NESPRESSO bring motivated people together with exciting products. We are like our coffee: full of nuances that complement each other and unfold into a great whole. To make the boutique visit an incomparable coffee experience for our customers every day, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours/week) in Berlin KaDeWe.
Responsibilities
- Adherence to order deadlines
- Correction bookings
- Weekly goods receipt on delivery days
- Logging of delivery quality/completion of the quality checklist for goods delivery
- Checking goods for completeness and proper condition, including photo report
- Written reporting of discrepancies and complaints
- Correct stocking of goods in designated storage and sales areas
- Ensuring flawless warehousing according to TQM Guidelines
- Support in the preparation and execution of weekly and monthly inventory
- Support and clarification of inventory discrepancies
- Regular checking of stock levels (overstock/out of stock)
- Replenishing accessory tables and shelves in the boutique, replenishing coffee walls
- Pressing and disposing of cardboard
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics
- Solid knowledge of FIFO and FEFO warehousing procedures
- High physical resilience
- Very good knowledge of the German language
- Good English language skills
- Planning reliability
- MS Office knowledge
- Organizational talent

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum 32,000 Euro gross per year (based on full-time employment)
