About the Role

This role exists to strengthen and grow Medium Rare's influencer and creator marketing offering while supporting best-practice social content across the agency group. You will lead end-to-end influencer and creator campaigns, using your understanding of social culture, creator communities and platform dynamics to deliver impactful work for clients. A core focus of the role is identifying the right creators, developing effective partnerships and ensuring influencer activity delivers against client objectives and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end influencer and creator campaigns across Medium Rare, Visual Domain and Storyation clients
  • Identify, vet and recommend creators aligned to client objectives, audiences and budgets
  • Develop influencer strategies, creator rationales and partnership recommendations
  • Manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracting, usage rights and campaign delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies and industry partners
  • Proactively identify emerging creators, platform trends and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights and recommendations
  • Support social strategy, content ideation and social-first thinking across client programs
  • Contribute to best-practice influencer and social processes, tools and ways of working
  • Identify opportunities to grow influencer and creator services across existing and prospective clients
  • Support agency teams with influencer expertise, training and thought leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or integrated content marketing, ideally within an agency environment
  • Understand how brands use creators and social content to build awareness, engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Comfortable managing campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting
  • Operate confidently across multiple stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships
