About the Role

Ally Fashion is seeking a Store Manager for its Warringah location. This role involves cultivating a positive team environment, prioritizing customer service, driving financial performance, and leading by example in training, operations, and visual merchandising. The Store Manager will focus on enhancing the in-store experience through expert service, product knowledge development, stock management, visual appeal, and health and safety.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment.
Prioritize AMAZING customer service.
Drive the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets.
Provide effective training and promote strong leadership.
Manage daily in-store operations.
Oversee visual merchandising.
Ensure clear in-store execution of business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.
Ensure consistent provision of expert and unparalleled service.
Develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team.
Maintain store well-being, including managing stock levels.
Maintain high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines.
Take ownership of health and safety in the store.
Assist Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters.
Manage stock and expense control.
Recruit, attract, nurture, retain, and develop talent.

Requirements

Be the leading ambassador of the brand, modeling Ally Fashion values.
Be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade.
Have solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion).
Be a high achiever in delivery of performance and sales.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
Be passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
Be ambitious to accelerate career.
Be willing to take on your next challenge.
A current Australian driver’s license is necessary.
A satisfactory police check is necessary.
