About the Role

Join our team to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives. Make an impact every day by assisting with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
  • Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
  • Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
  • Complete documentation using electronic systems.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals.
  • Associates in Human Services with one year experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals.
  • Bachelor's in any field with 6 months experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
  • Experience in caregiving or human services preferred.
