About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
- Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
- Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
- Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
- Complete documentation using electronic systems.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals.
- Associates in Human Services with one year experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals.
- Bachelor's in any field with 6 months experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
- Experience in caregiving or human services preferred.
