About the Role

Tenstorrent is seeking a business development leader to expand its presence across the APAC region. This role involves building strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging technical expertise to align customer needs with Tenstorrent's Compute and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities across the APAC region.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional business strategies.
• Understand customer technical requirements and communicate the value of Tenstorrent’s Compute and AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical insight and strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends in Compute, AI, RISC-V, and adjacent technologies.
• Drive toward and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Strong mix of commercial instinct and technical credibility.
• Comfortable engaging with both engineers and business decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of Compute and AI technologies and ability to articulate their value, use cases, and business impact.
• Experience in IP, RISC-V, AI, or hardware sales within the broader AI ecosystem.
• Persuasive communicator and relationship builder with strong negotiation skills.
• Track record of closing complex deals.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
