About the Role
The Brass Monkey Hotel, a Perth icon, is seeking a highly experienced Venue Manager to lead its multi-outlet establishment. This is an opportunity to build on existing success and drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage the venue as if it were your own, ensuring safety, smooth operations, and compliance.
- Serve as a community pillar and lead a high-performing team.
- Proactively address and resolve issues.
- Foster a positive atmosphere with excellent service and a welcoming demeanor.
Requirements
- Hands-on role requiring manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries).
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
- Willingness to undergo Employee Due Diligence checks, including a National Police Check.
