About the Role

Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often for large or complex projects. Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards. Advise at a strategic level during project conception, including different approaches to achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often for large or complex projects.
  • Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on different approaches to successfully achieve client objectives.
  • Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms, project financial management, change control, and quality reporting.
  • Lead the preparation of AFL agreements and negotiate accordingly.
  • Solve client problems by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including client interviews and workshops, document reviews, and presentation of findings and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and within the business.
  • Assist in business development activities such as proposal development, internal opportunity management, and thought leadership development.
  • Collaborate across service lines with Turner & Townsend sectors/service lines to bring additional value to clients and seek cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong corporate office capability and experience.
  • Existing relationships in the corporate occupier sector with design consultants, builders, and clients will be favorable.
  • Team leadership capability; must be able to manage clients, lead or implement project strategy, and manage clients.
  • Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies.
  • Strong stakeholder and construction management experience essential.
  • Delivered and led teams on schemes in excess of 50,000 sqft.
  • Existing relationship with Sydney occupier market.
