About the Role
Sunswift Racing within the Faculty of Engineering, UNSW, is seeking a Project Officer to provide high-quality project coordination, administrative and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of Sunswift’s initiatives. You will contribute to planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement and communications for this internationally recognised program.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality project coordination, administrative and operational support.
- Contribute to planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement and communications.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Sound stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, including the Microsoft suite.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to respond to changing priorities.
- Project experience, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives and documentation.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Ability to be on site in Kensington regularly.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including reference checks, qualification verification, right-to-work verification, and criminal history screening where relevant.
