About the Role

As Director, Trade & Supply Chain Sales (TSC), Diversified Industries, you will lead the origination, development, and conversion of Trade & Supply Chain opportunities for institutional banking clients. You will deepen client relationships, expand wallet share, and deliver sustainable revenue growth while contributing to the national strategy and championing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client origination, solution development and deal conversion across the NSW Diversified Industries portfolio, partnering with Coverage and Product teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of Trade & Supply Chain opportunities, delivering sustainable revenue growth, improved portfolio returns and strong risk-adjusted outcomes.
• Deepen existing client relationships and grow wallet share through strategic account planning, proactive engagement and a strong understanding of clients' working capital and trade requirements.
• Contribute to the national Diversified Industries TSC strategy by collaborating with peers across the country, sharing market insights and supporting the development of less experienced team members.
• Drive digital-first, customer-focused approaches that improve client experience, increase efficiency and strengthen ANZ's competitive position in the market.
• Maintain a well-managed portfolio by ensuring strong governance, compliance and risk practices across all trade and supply chain activities, while delivering disciplined pipeline management and portfolio oversight.

Requirements

• Extensive banking experience with deep expertise in Trade & Supply Chain solutions, working capital optimisation and the commercial drivers of large Institutional clients.
• Demonstrated success originating, structuring and converting complex opportunities, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth, portfolio performance and sustainable business outcomes.
• Outstanding relationship management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Coverage, Product and specialist teams.
• Strong analytical capability, including experience assessing working capital needs, interpreting market and client insights and translating opportunities into commercial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the Diversified Industries sector, including customer business models, industry dynamics and emerging opportunities across trade, supply chains and digitisation.
• A strong risk and governance mindset, with experience managing compliance, operational and credit risk considerations while delivering customer-focused solutions.
