The KPMG IT Service GmbH is the IT consulting and service provider for KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Understand how large IT organizations ensure changes are implemented cleanly, traceably, and compliantly. Gain insight into IT processes, both technically and organizationally.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Compliance efforts throughout the entire process, from change management to related governance and control topics.
• Ensure the quality of change information, focusing on completeness, traceability, consistency, and formal correctness.
• Verify that changes and projects are documented in compliance with processes and that relevant requirements are met.
• Assist with evaluations, reporting, and overviews that serve as a basis for steering, reviews, and decision-making bodies.
• Gain a broad overview of current IT projects, new tools, technologies, and trends, such as in AI, from the business.
• Collaborate closely with the ITSM team, change managers, and other stakeholders to gain insights into real IT decision-making and compliance processes.
• Contribute to the further development of processes, templates, control mechanisms, or small automations based on interest.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• Interest in IT processes, IT governance, IT compliance, or IT service management.
• Structured, conscientious, and reliable work approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable with auditing, coordinating, and documenting tasks and understanding their importance for stable IT operations.
• First exposure to ITSM, ITIL, compliance, or governance topics is a plus, but not required.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
• Curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
