About the Role

As an intern in Data Analytics within the Financial Services Industry, you will contribute to innovative projects in Audit Analytics, supporting the integration of data-driven auditing methods into annual financial statement audits. You will develop IT solutions, analyze data in interdisciplinary teams, and take ownership of tasks within projects. Your agile mindset will help develop creative solutions, and you will participate in the digital transformation of auditing using Deloitte's tools and your own ideas.

Responsibilities

Support the integration of data-driven auditing methods into annual financial statement audits.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of IT solutions.
Analyze data within interdisciplinary teams.
Independently manage assigned task packages within projects.
Assist in developing creative solutions for various projects using an agile mindset.
Participate in the digital transformation of financial statement audits.

Requirements

Student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Engineering, Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Physics, or Economics, or a comparable field.
Basic knowledge in data analysis, modeling, and visualization (e.g., PowerBI, QlikView) or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Ideally, initial experience in agile software development or agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Interest in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Cloud Technologies, or other Data Science trends.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
Strong communication skills.
High quality awareness.
Eagerness for new challenges.
Availability for ideally 6 months starting November 2026.
