Responsibilities
- Define and evolve our enterprise AI transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Design future ways of working that combine human expertise with AI capabilities
- Lead enterprise-wide change, adoption and workforce transformation programs
- Build AI capability, literacy and learning pathways across all levels of the organisation
- Drive organisational redesign, role evolution and workforce readiness initiatives
- Establish measures that track adoption, engagement and behavioural change
- Create compelling communication and engagement strategies that build confidence and momentum
- Lead a high-performing team focused on change, learning, communications and adoption
Requirements
- Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, organisational change or workforce strategy initiatives
- Deep understanding of how AI, automation and agentic technologies are reshaping work
- Experience designing future operating models, workforce capability programs and adoption strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
- A passion for AI and curiosity about how the workforce will evolve over the coming decade
- The ability to simplify complex concepts and bring people on the journey
