About the Role
This role supports the Executive Leadership team, focusing on enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness in leading teams and achieving business objectives within the Consumer & Customer team. The team is dedicated to understanding audiences and creating brilliant experiences through product, marketing, data, and customer expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and handle complex travel bookings.
- Prepare for meetings and manage reporting.
- Juggle priorities and negotiate changes.
- Prepare correspondence and manage projects.
- Anticipate travel needs and ensure productivity during travel.
- Organize internal and external events, meetings, and projects of varying scales and durations.
- Connect international video conferences and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Navigate expense systems and collaborate using platforms like Trello, Slack, and Powerpoint.
- Communicate verbally and in writing, drafting correspondence and preparing complex reports.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Adhere to OHS standards, maintain professional and ethical behavior, and report potential hazards.
- Participate in a buddy system and cover for other Executive Assistants during leave.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience liaising across C-suite Executives and their teams.
- Experience supporting Commercial and/or Marketing executives is preferred.
- Experience in Commercial, Marketing, or Digital Media is desirable.
- Events and project management experience is desirable.
- Tech savvy with the ability to prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ability to approach tricky situations with a solutions-focused lens.
- Ability to work productively with strong initiative in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Experience in a similar ASX listed company.
- Ability to maintain professional and ethical behavior.
- Ability to report potential hazards.
