About the Role
Working as an Office Manager, you are responsible for all administrative and office management duties within the Environmental Services department of a local hospital.
Responsibilities
- Prepares payroll and maintains personnel files
- Assists with administrative HR tasks such as new hire orientation and onboarding
- Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications
- Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow
- Prepares reports for management and other duties as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required plus 5 years' experience or college degree plus two years' experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
- Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
