About the Role

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced President to lead the organization in Rome, NY. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a driven hospitality professional ready to steer a restaurant company toward continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction and executive leadership for Dematteos Restaurant Inc.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies, including revenue generation and market expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior management teams and department heads.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, P&L statements, and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations.
• Champion company culture, brand identity, and customer experience standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an executive leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing multi-department or multi-unit restaurant operations preferred.
• Knowledge of food service regulations, health codes, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
