About the Role
Advanced SENTRY is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Global People Ops Automation & Compliance Manager to coordinate automation efforts and lead compliance and project deliverables. This role will develop and roll out frameworks to drive automation, consistency, and compliance across global HR operations. You will act as a key point of contact between People Operations and partners (IT, Legal, Privacy, Security, Payroll, Finance), operationalizing requirements and serving as the funnel for People Ops and Total Rewards’ technology priorities. You will partner with IT to deliver AI-enabled solutions for scale, efficiency, and frictionless employee interactions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate across People Ops globally to identify processes for streamlining and automation.
- Facilitate workshops to create future-state process design.
- Partner with IT to overlay automations that yield scalable, AI-native solutions.
- Serve as the initial point of contact and ongoing lead for relevant audit and compliance requirements.
- Develop standard ways of working across the People Ops team through clear process and knowledge documentation.
- Partner with COE Leads to implement evolved ways of working and ongoing governance.
- Serve as People Ops’ primary point of contact with PPS, H2R, and CustomerZero IT organizations.
- Understand opportunities for evolved digital adaptation with COE Leads and industry benchmarks.
- Cultivate partnerships across Cloudflare to ensure People Ops is aware of relevant initiatives.
- Act as People Ops’ representative in conversations to influence direction and translate support needs.
- Ensure successful project/initiative outcomes by translating support needs back to People Ops Leads.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of global hire-to-retire processes.
- Ability to navigate related audit/compliance responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deep-dive processes to streamline workflows.
- Experience overlaying AI and technology to facilitate and automate processes.
- Experience with Workday business processes.
- Experience with case management tools (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Experience with AI automation platforms (opencode, appscript, notebookLM, codex, claudecode, etc.).
