About the Role
The Online Manager will be responsible for the e-commerce/website management of brand.com and all online marketing activities to support and maximise the online sales performance of our online channels. This role requires a high level of discretion and integrity as it involves access to confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the online marketing strategy and calendar across Australia and New Zealand brand.com sites to drive brand awareness, consideration, and sales.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop key moments, launches, and re-promotes, and execute them on brand.com.
- Partner with 360 Marketing Managers to forecast new products, sampling, GWP, holidays, and other opportunities.
- Plan and manage brand.com Advertising spend in partnership with Paid Media team to support events and launches, and build out campaigns by marketing channel for each market.
- Partner with designers to develop creative content for implementation across all online touchpoints (websites, emails, banners, social, video).
- Track and update monthly marketing calendars, sharing updates with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
- Build out monthly sales and performance targets to achieve budgets and work with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to prioritise and implement projects on the brand.com site.
- Oversee the planning of website promotions, usage of online gifts and samples, and set up website offers in partnership with the Online Executive.
- Work in partnership with Brand Marketing and CRM teams on the development, execution and optimisation of email/SMS communications strategy.
- Manage eDM process, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Optimise digital marketing activity to maximise online sales and reduce overall CPA.
- Ensure sites are optimised for natural search and develop monthly site content refreshes in line with brand launches and key focuses.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global teams to launch new website initiatives and enhance user experience.
- Serve as the key contact between relevant teams to maintain timetables and ensure product database updates.

- At least 3-4 years of experience in the online marketing, or e-commerce area.
- Working knowledge of web technologies and internet tools.
- Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Prior experience working with retailers and across geographies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
