About the Role

Provide exceptional front-line customer service by welcoming patients, managing enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and referring clinicians. Coordinate patient administration activities including registrations, appointment preparation, Medicare billing, payments, medical record management, and maintaining accurate patient information. Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Department of Theranostics and Nuclear Medicine by managing phone enquiries, correspondence, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Build strong working relationships with clinicians, referrers, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams while providing administrative support for clinical services and research activities. Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining data accuracy, complying with hospital policies and billing requirements, and supporting quality initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
