About the Role

The NSW Personal Injury Commission (Commission) is seeking two Registry Support Officers to join the Registry & Disputes Directorate. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely registration of dispute applications within the Personal Injury Commission's Registry Team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service support for the accurate and timely registration of standard dispute applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of current procedures and guidelines to resolve queries and escalate complex matters.
  • Respond to and triage general enquiries.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of registration practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of a knowledge base and initiatives to improve team capability and collaboration.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, including suspected corrupt conduct, to support risk mitigation.
