About the Role
As part of our calibration and testing department in the Leverkusen Supply Center, you will ensure the reliable and safe operation of quality-relevant measurement and testing systems, as well as electrical installations. You will perform calibrations and technical tests, document results according to GMP requirements, and support the assurance of system availability. Your technical expertise will make a significant contribution to the quality, safety, and reliability of our pharmaceutical production facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support activities on pharmaceutical plants in the Supply Center Leverkusen as part of the calibration and testing department.
- Perform calibrations and tests on quality-relevant measuring equipment, scales, and small and large electrical appliances according to specifications and existing standards.
- Participate in initial and repeat tests on electrical installations and equipment.
- Document test and calibration results carefully and maintain relevant documents and systems, e.g., in SAP and Izytronic.
- Support fault analysis and measures to ensure system availability.
- Participate in measures to maintain electrical safety.
- Actively support and accompany technical tests, for example in the areas of network analysis and thermography.
- Work in compliance with general instructions and GMP and ASI specifications.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician (EBT/EAT), industrial mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Basic knowledge in calibration, system and equipment testing, and measurement and testing technology.
- Ideally, initial experience in the technical support of production plants.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
- Reliable, careful, and structured work approach with a strong sense of quality and safety.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various interfaces.
- Good IT skills, especially in MS Office.
- Good German language skills (spoken and written) and basic English language skills.

- €3,763 - €3,989 per month (full-time) plus annual bonus, holiday pay, and Christmas bonus/13th month's salary.
