About the Role
Our Business & Technology Center handles diverse tasks including the implementation and management of risk-related processes, tools, and documentation for renowned clients. We work on current topics such as cyberattacks, compliance, data protection, identity management, contract management, sustainability, and project risks. Responsibilities
- Accompany clients in the successful management of complex projects and programs, creating the basis for sound decisions and sustainable project success.
- Support the management of complex projects and programs, prepare management decisions, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop and implement governance, reporting, and decision-making structures, and support their effective application in daily project work.
- Coordinate diverse interests and promote successful collaboration as a central interface between management, specialist departments, and project teams.
- Accompany complex transformation projects and support the implementation of strategic goals with our clients.
- Support the establishment of PMO structures with your experience, contribute best practices, and further develop control instruments for project and program organizations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial, technical, or comparable vocational training.
- Several years of professional experience in PMO, project management, or program management, including taking on partial responsibility in complex projects or transformation initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of classic, agile, and hybrid methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban); relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are advantageous.
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a good sense for handling diverse interests and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
