About the Role
Microsoft Elevate is a global initiative focused on empowering mission-driven organizations and individuals in the AI-powered economy. This role serves as a strategic, partner-facing position responsible for managing end-to-end partner relationships for Microsoft Elevate priorities, acting as a bridge between the initiative's mission and the local partner ecosystem to drive adoption of AI-first Microsoft solutions for Education and Nonprofit customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic Partner Business Plans aligning partner goals with Microsoft Elevate priorities, including revenue and solution milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Microsoft Elevate and partner leadership, engaging executives to maintain strategic alignment for Education and Nonprofit sectors.
- Facilitate connections between partners and Microsoft Elevate teams to integrate partner-led deals and campaigns with local sales motions.
- Lead business conversations with partners to implement Microsoft Elevate sales strategies and new initiatives, articulating value propositions for new offerings.
- Co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners to target new customer acquisition, cloud migrations, and upsell opportunities.
- Drive partner execution across priority solution areas like AI Copilot, Azure, Security, and Modern Work.
- Manage partner pipelines through CRM tools and orchestrate the use of partner investment programs to build capacity and maximize ROI.
- Act as a coach and advisor to partner sales and technical teams, identifying capability gaps and designing solutions using Microsoft Elevate programs and technology.
- Identify partner business blockers and design scalable solutions using Microsoft Elevate's partner programs, investments, and technology portfolio for Education and Nonprofit missions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience, OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience, OR equivalent experience.
