About the Role
As a Steamer Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering signature dumplings, ensuring each basket is cooked to perfection with quality and consistency. You will also support the dumpling team by preparing, assembling, and closing dumplings, and maintaining the steamer station. A clean, groomed, and professional appearance is essential as you help bring the dining experience to life.
Responsibilities
- Carefully steaming dumplings to order
- Ensuring each basket is cooked to perfection
- Supporting the dumpling team by helping prepare, assemble, and close dumplings
- Opening and closing the steamer station
- Restocking and organizing dumplings for smooth service
- Maintaining a clean, groomed, and professional appearance
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- Organizing items within the walk-in coolers and freezers
- Lifting/moving boxes, bags, chairs, and tables (up to 50 pounds)
- Assisting with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, including recipes and SOPs
Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally
