About the Role
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, evaluate pricing strategies and sales processes, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Manage and grow customer and partner relationships for assigned vendors, acting as the point-of-contact for Vendor Sales and other sales teams. Serve as an internal business partner to other functional teams and become an expert in assigned vendor specifics, technologies, and customer portfolios.

- Work with the whole vendor team.
- Work across other vendors and partners as required.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for Vendor Sales and other sales teams.
- Serve as an internal business partner to other functional teams.
- Be an expert in the specifics of the vendor, technologies and customer portfolio.
- Provide outstanding sales support and customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Process quotations and sales orders for products, services and renewals.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Professional, high level English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and customer service orientation with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with bills of materials, quoting and ERP systems (desirable).
