About the Role
Zero Homes is seeking Product Managers to join a talent-dense team at an early-stage company. Product Managers are generalist individual contributors responsible for assembling our value chain and driving product execution from 0 to 1, especially in the age of generative AI. This role involves defining new products, shaping projects, and ensuring sustainable productivity through deep work and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Assemble our value chain.
- Shape projects with support from leadership.
- Keep execution moving through daily feedback loops of product development.
- Define new products to enable contractors, internal operations, and B2B partners.
- Drive the execution of new products from 0 to 1.
- Drive product work from discovery through delivery.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Synthesize patterns across user conversations and behavior.
- Create structured artifacts to help the team understand what matters.
- Own the whole value chain, not just isolated features.
- Anchor work on user needs.
- Meet users where they work.
- Frame problems and identify what matters most.
- Help the team make progress without perfect information.
- Bring structure to uncertainty without overprocessing it.
- Manage conflict and coordination.
- Invite diverse perspectives and engage in respectful debate.
- Help teams make decisions quickly and thoughtfully.
- Commit to a direction once set and help others move forward.
- Break complex opportunities into smaller projects.
- Identify key tradeoffs.
- Ensure value delivery, even if incremental.
- Grow product clarity through daily feedback loops between the team and users.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional product management experience.
- Experience driving product work from discovery through delivery.
- Comfortable balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Know when to rely on instinct and when to rely on data.
- Find users fascinating and be invigorated by the challenge of creating delightful user experiences.
- Love talking to users.
- Be a detail-oriented systems thinker.
- Be enthralled with not knowing.
- Do not know how to put down an unsolved challenge.
- Love stepping into messy situations.
