About the Role

The Advisory AI Strategist is a trusted advisor who helps customers move from pilots to production AI, while building sustainable AI operating models and business outcomes. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and Dell teams to frame AI problems, remove organizational blockers, and design practical ways of working so AI solutions can scale on Dell infrastructure and across the Dell AI Factory portfolio.

Responsibilities

Shape AI engagement plans in key accounts, partnering with account teams and senior customer stakeholders.
Clarify customer AI goals and challenges and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
Help design or improve AI operating models and governance so proofs of value can become production solutions.
Align stakeholders across business, IT, data, and risk functions around AI priorities and decisions.
Represent Dell’s AI Factory strategy in executive discussions, together with Enterprise Architects and Sales leaders.
