About the Role

As the Business Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead high-performing Employment Consultants across Epping, Baulkham Hills and Hornsby. Your purpose is clear: drive performance, support your people, and deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach and guide Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets
  • Ensure adherence to Inclusive Employment Australia requirements
  • Build strong relationships with employers, community groups and local partners
  • Monitor site performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment

Requirements

  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable leadership skills
  • Exposure to people leadership responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
  • Proven performance management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
  • Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for Employment Services
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A Standard-level MyGovID
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
