About the Role
This role will lead relationships with key DashMart Fulfillment Services (DFS) partners, driving strategy and execution to advance the business. The model uses DoorDash’s network of real estate locations to handle the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process from end-to-end, offering fast, reliable delivery to customers with extended availability and near-perfect order accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with leading retailers and e-commerce logistics players that will drive step change growth for DoorDash and accelerate wins for our customers
- Lead growth and efficiency initiatives with our partners across e-commerce and supply chain surfaces, conducting quarterly business reviews and joint business planning sessions
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, our partners, and our customers, anticipating their demands and determining what is “next” by closely following the data, feedback, patterns, and trends
- Serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash leadership, product, legal, operations, and logistics teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, partner management or related experience with a track record of leading initiatives and delivering against strategic objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, able to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly to both external and internal audiences
- Thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable solving ambiguous problems
- Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and ruthlessly prioritize
- Analytically rigorous and possess strong business acumen; confident with P&Ls and large data sets within Excel / Google sheets
- Experienced project manager, comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, reporting on progress, and keeping stakeholders informed in a fast-paced environment
